I. The first thing you need to do is to
log into your Joomla Admin Panel.
II. Once in the admin panel,
select Template Manager from the Extensions tab of the main navigation menu.
III. Select 'Computer Society' from the list of
Joomla templates already installed in your Admin Panel.
IV. Hit the Default button to set the template as default skin for your Joomla-based site.
V. Click on the template's name link to start customizing the template up to your specific requirements.
The first template customisation option is to
Change Page Alignment.
1. To preview how the template will look like with the centered alignment option activated by default, simply click the Preview link and open the template in a new tab.
2. To change the alignment position you should go back to the Joomla Admin Panel.
3. Select either the left or the right option and then hit the Apply button.

1. Jump back to the edit-template section of your Joomla Admin Panel.
2. Select Yes for Hide Logo.
3. Hit the Apply button.
4. Go again to the template preview page and hit the refresh button of your browser to see the Hide Logo update reflected online.
The next customisation step is to
Display or Hide the Banner image for your Joomla site.
1. Go back in the edit-template section of your Joomla Admin Panel.
2. Select Yes for the Hide Banner Area option.
3. Punch the Apply button.
4. Open the template preview page and enforce the banner update by hitting the refresh button of your browser.
The final step is to
Display or Hide Date for your Joomla site.
1. In the edit-template section select No for the Date Display option.
2. Hit the Apply button.
3. Open the template preview page and refresh your browser to reflect the date display update online.
